Subject: JARVIS genealogy
From: Patricia Rowley
To:
Edna,
I found your genealogy web page through a google search on the name
"Abigail Jemima". It appears that your Jarvis lineage and my husband's
are one and the same. William and Abigail had another son, who I think
was their first born (1840) named Samuel Angus Jarvis. My husband is
descended from Samuel. They also had a sister Abigail, but I haven't yet
found any other children. Apparently both Samuel and William ended up in
Greenwich. I would be interesting in swapping family information with
you.
Regards,
Patricia Rowley
Samuel was born at Whittaker Street in Chatham. He is found at Yew Tree Cottages, Chatham Kent, in the 1841 census, with grandparents Joseph and Anne and parents William and Jemima, and an uncle Joseph.
